The history of our domain
Originating from a family of winemakers in Beaujolais for five generations, Domaine Les Côtes de la Roche was established in 1973 by Joëlle and Gérard.
Their son Sylvain took over the reins with his wife Delphine in 2012.
At that time, they were cultivating 14 hectares of various Beaujolais crus.
In 2014, they acquired Domaine de Savy from Mr. and Mrs. Cognard, who had been viticulturists in Mâconnais since 1983, adding 6 hectares of different Mâconnais crus.
The two estates merged, and today the operation spans 20 hectares across various appellations and communes.
